Casa 21 is a project where OnTime Services reaffirmed its capabilities as a comprehensive solutions provider, successfully overseeing every stage from planning to execution. We carried out the installations required by the residence, including plumbing, gas, and electrical systems, ensuring functionality, efficiency, and impeccable aesthetics.
Every detail reflected our commitment to quality, from the installation of electrical wiring and the finishing of outlets to the proper installation of plumbing and gas connections. Each component was executed with precision to ensure safety, durability, and visual harmony throughout the spaces.

Installations
As an essential part of the hydraulic infrastructure, we integrated a central water filtration system at the main point of entry, providing superior water quality—cleaner and softer—in line with the project’s standards. This system also ensures constant and optimal water pressure throughout the network, providing a consistent and comfortable experience regardless of location within the residence.
Sustainability
In line with our commitment to sustainability, we installed a photovoltaic solar panel system, prioritizing energy efficiency.
Each installed unit provides an estimated 550-watt savings, representing a strategic solution for projects with high energy demands. This system not only reduces electricity consumption but also reinforces our approach to responsible and sustainable solutions.

Pool Installation
and Automation
One of the highlights of the project was the development of a fully automated smart pool, equipped with high-performance technology and an automatic pool cover. OnTime Services played a key role in planning the main branch lines, centralizing equipment control to allow for both visual and manual operation.
This state-of-the-art hydraulic system ensures constant pressure, efficient filtration, and optimal water circulation, providing a safe, functional, and highly comfortable experience.
A Hayward automation system was also integrated, enabling intelligent pool management, including the adjustment of lighting and heating, control of the salt chlorinator, and scheduling of filtration cycles, optimizing equipment operation and maintenance.
