For the Casa Leona Project, the OnTime Services team participated in the Upgrade and Integration of Electrical, Plumbing, Heating, and Automation Systems for a Residential Project.
Electrical
Installations
Dimmable lighting was integrated with high-end Lutron® accessories.
In addition, a Sonoff® system was installed to integrate smart control devices for the automation of lighting and fountain pumps in outdoor areas, allowing remote on/off control, scheduling, and system management from mobile devices.
Plumbing
Installations
Preparations were made for high-end plumbing fixtures, including mixers, rain showers, and jet showers.
Heating
As part of this recent bathroom remodel, we took comfort to the next level by installing an electric radiant floor heating system with an electric mesh. This completely invisible technology transforms the space into a warm and inviting oasis. Our clients can now enjoy the perfect temperature from the ground up, with efficient and controlled heating.
Hayward
Pool Automation
For the main pool and jacuzzi, an intelligent system was implemented to remotely control and schedule pool and spa equipment, including pumps, heaters, lights, and saltwater systems.
Equipment installed in the pool: filtration pump, LP gas heater, solar collector panels, Hayward lights, salt chlorinator, and 3-way valves with actuators.
In the jacuzzi, jet nozzles were integrated together with blowers for the hydrotherapy function.
